Resolved - This incident has been resolved. The Integration Builder UI in the Fleetio app is now available.

Identified - Integration workflow functionality has been restored, and workflows are now able to run. However, the Integration Builder Configuration UI in the Fleetio App remains unavailable while we continue unscheduled maintenance.

If you need to make changes to an integration workflow configuration while the Configuration UI is unavailable, please contact our Support Team for assistance.

Our team is actively working to fully restore the Integration Builder, and we will provide additional updates as service restoration progresses.

Investigating - We are investigating an issue affecting some newly connected Fleetcor integrations. In certain cases, customers may not see their Fleetcor data sync into Fleetio as expected. Our team is actively working to identify the cause and restore normal data syncing. Existing integrations may not be affected. We will share another update as soon as more information is available.
