We are continuing to work on a fix for this issue.

Identified

We have identified an issue preventing some WEX and Comdata fuel import files from saving to Fleetio. As a result, some customers may be missing fuel transactions.

Our team has identified a fix and is preparing the infrastructure needed to test and implement it. Once the fix is in place, we will recover and import the affected fuel transactions into Fleetio.

We will provide another update as we make progress.
