Early this morning we had sporadic issues that impacted a few customers and a 15 minute window from 8:35am CT to 8:50am CT where a more significant portion of our users were impacted. We understand the disruption these issues have on your business and it is a top priority of our entire team to resolve the root cause.

Our team immediately responded to the issue this morning and were able to implement some reactive measures to return response times back to normal. They have been closely monitoring the system today and will continue to do so as we work to resolve the root cause. Several solutions are under way and while we work to put these in place over the next day or so we’ll continue to monitor the system and minimize any issues that may occur.

We will be sure to update you as soon as we have a permanent solution in place and to provide any other information associated with related issues.
